Neil is best known as bad boy Kyle Ryder in Channel 4's Hollyoaks which he played from 2010 to early 2011, for which he has been nominated for 'Most Spectacular Scene' for the 'Lift Shaft' episode at the 2011 British Soap Awards.
He made his straight theatre debut as 'Stand-by' for Nicholas Hoult in the West-End production of New Boy at Trafalgar Studios directed by Russell Labey, while at the same time filming the role of Mike for the feature film Till Death directed by Don Allen (Clinic Films).
At the age of 17, Neil secured a scholarship to study at the prestigious Arts Educational School where he gained a BA Honours in Acting. Having completed New Boy, Neil was offered the role of Romeo for the International tour of Romeo and Juliet travelling to Dubai, Syria, Shajar and Bahrain.
On his return to the UK, Neil played Gary Marshal in the feature film Love/Loss (Spring 2010, Guy Daniels for Gadabout Productions), as Corey in Air Tribulation for Ealing Studios and read the lead role of Mike in a feature film in development 'Til Death for Clinic Films.

Neil was then cast as the legendary 80's DJ icon Rusty Egan in a special BBC2 Drama Worried About The Boy. The story about the life of global pop sensation Boy George where Neil worked with Director Jullian Jarrold of Brideshead Revisited and Red Riding success.
Neil's many theatre credits include cover Ren in Footloose, Marius in Les Miserables, Fender and cover Link in the original cast of Hairspray. He appeared as Link Larkin for a live performance on ITV's This Morning and also performed The Royal Variety Performance and for Channel 4's Paul O'Grady Show.
